In your situation these hawks will work provided the birds can see the Hawk profile above them from where they are landing or from where they are flying into the property.
All you need to do is, install the Hawks high above the fruit trees or Garden Beds, where the birds are doing the damage or at the edge of your crop. Usually, Blackbirds enter a property from the same direction every day. They are creatures of habit. For example, they will attack the same bunch of grapes grape by grape until that bunch is gone and then they will move onto the next, whereas Silvereyes just take a peck out of each piece of fruit.
